Delete your account & data
Request deletion of your Numix account and associated cloud data from LikkeyStudios, even without the game installed.
Request deletion by email
Send to likhithk3033@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Numix account. Include your Numix username or sign-in email and say whether you want the account and associated data deleted or only particular information removed. If the button does not open an email app, copy the address and send the request from your usual email service.
We may request additional information to verify ownership. Contact email alone may not establish ownership because password-signup emails are unverified. Never send passwords, tokens, or one-time codes.
Delete from the game
- Open Numix and sign in to the account.
- Open Account → Profile → Delete account.
- Read the message and confirm deletion.
What is deleted
The in-game action removes your Numix authentication account and cloud save: profile, display name, email, linked provider identifiers, highest score, and highest tile. An email request asks us to delete those associated records after ownership verification. Deleted account access cannot be restored through a normal sign-in.
What is handled separately
- Local saves: your board, settings, undo history, and local records remain on your device. Clear Numix app storage through device settings to remove them.
- Analytics: open Settings → Privacy & analytics → Delete analytics data in the game. This disables collection and requests deletion from Unity Analytics for that installation. Without access to the game, mention analytics in your email; additional identifiers may be needed to locate records.
- Provider accounts: deleting Numix does not delete your Google account or a separate Unity Player Account.
Retention
Verified requests are processed under applicable law. Limited records may be retained for legal obligations, security, or resolving a request; we will explain applicable exceptions. Provider backups and security logs may follow separate retention cycles. We do not promise instant deletion from every provider system. See our Privacy Policy.
