Report a game problem
Include your app version, device model, operating system, what happened, and reproduction steps. Screenshots may help; remove personal information first. Never send passwords, tokens, or one-time codes.
Sign-in and Google linking
Use Google or your Numix username and password. Your signup contact email is not an email-login credential. To link Google, first sign in to your Numix profile, choose Connect Google, and verify the Google account. Matching emails do not automatically merge accounts.
Email verification and password-reset emails are not currently available. Support needs to establish ownership before helping with access, and recovery is not guaranteed.
Saved games
Your board, settings, and undo history are local. Signed-in cloud features keep your profile, highest score, and highest tile across devices. They do not back up the current board. Uninstalling or clearing app storage may remove the local game.
Privacy and deletion
Decline optional analytics without affecting gameplay. Change your choice or request analytics deletion in Settings → Privacy & analytics. Read our Privacy Policy or request account and data deletion.
