Privacy Policy
LikkeyStudios, operated by Likhith (“we”), provides Numix. This policy explains how we handle information when you play, sign in, or contact us. Contact: likhithk3033@gmail.com.
Information we handle
- On your device: your board, scores, highest tile, settings, undo history, and saved game information.
- When you sign in with Google: your Google account identifier and, when provided, name, email address, and email verification status. We use a Google identity token to authenticate you; we do not receive your Google password.
- Cloud profile: a Unity player identifier, your display name, linked provider identifiers, email and verification status, highest score, and highest tile. Your current board and undo history remain local in the current version.
- Service and support information: messages you send us. Google, Unity, and hosting providers also process technical information, such as IP addresses and service logs, to deliver and secure their services.
Why we use information
We use information to sign you in, maintain your profile, restore saved records across devices, prevent account misuse, operate the game, and respond to support and privacy requests. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on providing the requested service, legitimate interests in security and support, legal obligations, or consent where required.
Providers and sharing
Google provides sign-in and Unity Gaming Services provides authentication and cloud storage. They process information under their applicable terms and policies. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect users and the service.

Password accounts
You may create a Numix account with a username, password, and contact email. Unity Authentication handles password credentials; Numix does not store your password in local saves or cloud profile fields. Contact emails supplied through this form are not verified. Password reset emails are not currently available. You can connect Google while signed in to provide an additional way to access the same account. Matching email addresses do not automatically link accounts.
Optional analytics and advertising
Numix includes Unity Analytics. If you allow it through the in-game privacy controls, Unity collects session and gameplay activity, analytics identifiers, and device and technical information to help us understand usage and improve the game. Analytics collection is disabled until you opt in. You may decline without affecting gameplay, withdraw permission in Settings → Privacy & analytics, or request deletion using Delete analytics data on that screen. Account deletion and analytics deletion are separate controls. We do not send your contact email, username, or password as custom analytics event fields. Unity Ads remains disabled.
Google AdMob advertising
Numix uses Google AdMob to show advertisements. You may choose to view a rewarded advertisement to earn one Undo. An interstitial advertisement may appear when you start a new game from an existing run. Starting a new game from Home does not show an interstitial.
Google Mobile Ads processes IP addresses, device and advertising identifiers, app interactions and diagnostic information for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. An IP address may be used to estimate a device's general location. Processing and available choices depend on the device, permissions, region and advertising configuration.
Where required, Google’s User Messaging Platform asks for your privacy choices before Numix requests ads. You can revisit Settings → Ad privacy options in the game. These choices are separate from optional Unity Analytics. Declining Unity Analytics does not disable Google’s ad-related processing. Numix does not supply your sign-in email, password, display name or cloud player ID as custom ad targeting or reward-verification fields.
Google’s advertising records and device identifiers are handled separately from your Numix cloud account. Deleting your Numix account or requesting Unity Analytics deletion does not itself delete those Google records. Read Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner apps for provider processing and controls.
Storage, retention, and security
Local saves stay on your device until removed through your device or app storage controls. Cloud profile and record data are retained to provide your account until you delete it or request deletion, subject to legal obligations and providers’ backup and security retention. Service providers may process data outside your country, under their applicable safeguards. We use authenticated service access; no storage or transmission system is completely secure.
Your choices and deletion

You can play as a guest without creating a cloud account. Signing out leaves local progress on your device. Use Delete account in the game’s profile to delete your Numix cloud save and authentication account. Local progress is retained; clear app storage separately to remove it. Deleting a Numix account does not delete your Google account.
You can also email likhithk3033@gmail.com to request access, correction, export, or deletion. Include the email used for your Numix sign-in; never send passwords or sign-in tokens. We may verify ownership. Applicable law may also provide rights to object, restrict processing, withdraw consent, and complain to a data protection authority.
If you previously used Unity Player Accounts, deleting your Numix data does not delete that separate provider account. Manage that account at Unity Player Accounts; contact us for Numix data requests.
Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the age at which they can consent under applicable law without required parental authorization. If you believe a child provided personal information improperly, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where required.
This website and policy updates
These information pages do not contain advertising, analytics scripts, or sign-in forms. The hosting service may process request information to deliver and secure the pages. We will post policy changes here and update the effective date, with additional notice where required.
