Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Numix, provided by LikkeyStudios, operated by Likhith (“we”). Contact likhithk3033@gmail.com with questions.
Using Numix
By using Numix, you agree to these terms. If you cannot legally agree on your own, a parent or guardian must authorize your use where required. You may use the game for personal, lawful entertainment, subject to applicable app store rules.
Accounts and sign-in
You may play locally as a guest. Google sign-in creates or accesses a Numix player account backed by Unity Authentication. You may also create an account with a username, password, and contact email. Keep credentials secure. Contact email is not verified and password reset emails are not currently available. Connect Google from your signed-in profile for an additional sign-in method. Google and password accounts are linked only after you prove access to both. Keep access to your Google account secure. Google and Unity services are subject to their own applicable terms. Do not impersonate others or use an account without permission.
Saved games and availability
The current game stores the board, settings, and undo history locally. Signed-in cloud features store your profile, highest score, and highest tile; they do not provide a complete backup of your current board. Network failures, device changes, uninstalling, or clearing app data may affect progress. We aim to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or recovery of every save.
Fair use
Do not disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, exploit account systems, distribute malicious software, or use the game in violation of law. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security threats, or legal requirements.
Ownership
Numix and its original content are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms grant permission to play; they do not transfer ownership. Third-party materials remain subject to their respective rights and licenses. Nothing here limits rights that applicable law grants you.
Privacy and account deletion
Our Privacy Policy explains data processing and your choices. You may stop playing at any time. Use Delete account in your profile or email us to request deletion of your Numix cloud account. This does not delete your Google account or local game data.
Changes and discontinuation
We may update the game and its features, or discontinue cloud services. Where practical, we will provide notice of material changes that affect accounts or saved data. Revised terms will be posted here with an updated date, and additional notice or agreement will be requested where required.
Warranties and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the game is provided as available without additional promises of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or other non-excludable conduct.
